When Brynn Townsend loses her job in the big city, she knows she wants to return home to Tennessee. At her best friend's urging, Brynn agrees to accept the job as an event planner at Oakleaf Manor in the small town of Sugar Maple. And her first task is to put together a fall festival at Oakleaf.
Little does she suspect that the owner's son, Jack Oakley, has plans of his own. Jack has tried this venture before in hopes of saving his family farm and ended up losing everything. He is sure he can find another way to preserve Oakleaf Manor for future generations. A way that doesn't include either Brynn or the festival.
When disaster strikes, Brynn and Jack find themselves fighting against each other instead of working together. Can the two overcome their differences? Will they find a way to save the farm and fall in love in the process? Or will their differences pull them apart?

She is hired to get the farm back on its feet. He is the son who thought he had the perfect person until the people of the same town finally got it through his head about the other one. She is actually doing great. She is hands on and the town's people like her. It was a cute clean romance

A Town You Want To Call Home

by RobinR

This was my first visit to Sugar Maple, TN and it definitely won't be my last. Brynn lost her job and moved to Sugar Maple to run a festival for a family in desperate need of saving their farm. Little did she know that she would be up against Jack, one son who was adamant it couldn't be done. I felt sorry for Jack as he truly believed his previous actions led to the family's desperate situation. He just couldn't see that Brynn had the knowledge and gumption to overcome all obstacles Mother Nature threw at them. Thankfully Brynn didn't give up - on the festival nor Jack. I loved the happy ending and the fact that I can let my teenage daughter read this romance without any qualms whatsoever. My only complaint about this book is that it left me wandering who would find romance next. Jane? Dylan? Rick? Melanie? Come on Mrs. Willows, I NEED to know! This was such a sweet romance and I can't wait to read more about the residents of Sugar Maple, a new favorite town. A realistic romance

A very well written interesting story. I like the realistic story line and plot. The main characters are well described and develops through the story. It is fantastic romance novel with twists that makes it even better. Jack and Brynn suits each other as a couple but they both have things to struggle with before they can let loose and get their HEA. I find this story could be a real life story and that amazes me.

Absolutely worth the read.
