Hi! My name is Alyani Cook, and I am a mother of two beautiful boys.
My mission is to create a lifestyle where I can be healthy and save the planet along the way so my boys can enjoy it when I’m gone.

I used to be severely overweight and riddled with health problems until I stumbled upon the plant-based diet.

At first, it seemed too good to be true. A diet that was able to lower my cholesterol, help me lose weight, and benefit the planet? But it proved me wrong - a whole food, plant-based diet could REALLY improve my health conditions.

Now I have dedicated my life to writing books about the plant-based diet and how to heal yourself through eating the right kinds of foods.

I am passionate about sharing my personal success story and day-to-day learnings of the plant-based diet, with people who need a little help along the way.
