Chaz Allen McQuerrey, otherwise known as “Chaz Allen”, is an American poet based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. His journey with writing began at a very early age, but he did not venture into poetry until he was around 16; this is where he found his home in writing. Chaz’s poems are often wrapped in allegory, metaphor, abstraction, and span a wide variety of subjects to convey a deeper message than one may expect to find on the surface alone.
With the release of The Thirteenth Circle, Chaz marks his entry into the world of published literature. His first collection of poems aims to invoke a truly visceral response from its readers. The autobiographical nature of its writing, along with the details shared, undoubtedly beg the reader to dig deeper.
