An award winning writer, Cynthia Star is a corn-fed gal (she grew up in rural Nebraska). She spent 30 years in beautiful Wyoming, just an hour from the east gate of Yellowstone National Park. As an avid horseman, she was on horseback every chance she had during those 30 years, which included pack trips in the mountains and cooking in elk and sheep camp. She wrote her first book when she was about 10 years old and has been writing ever since. She now lives in New Mexico and enjoys country dancing most every weekend. She has 3 grown children and 6 grandsons.
