Emily Frogget lives in Seattle with her twins Izzy and Zoey, large pooch Frodo, and two cats. She has an MFA from the University of Washington where she was rewarded a recruitment scholarship. She won the Felix Pollak prize for a collection of poetry called Snapping Rubber Bands at The Moon. Her whimsical collection of poetry The Blue Man includes observations from a year abroad in Varanasi, India. Publications include poems in University of Wisconsin’s Canvas Spring 1969 and Spring 1992 as well as Poetry NORTHWEST Winter 1995.
