About the author

Jacqui Morrison, author, marketer and adult educator hails from northern Ontario.

In 2008, her fictional novel, Kaitlyn Wolfe, Crown Attorney Revised and Edition was released by Lachesis Publishing. In May 2009, she was awarded the Gold IPPY medal for Best Fiction for Central and Eastern Canada for this novel.

In the summer of 2009, she released a young adult novel called: Terri's Journey - The Colour of Rain through Pine & Granite Press.

In August 2005, she both contributed to and published an anthology called The Sound a Dream Makes and Writings from Home and Away.

In 2011, Jacqui Morrison became the Writer in Residence at the Parry Sound Public Library.

She has facilitated courses in writing for community groups, Canadore College in Parry Sound, and groups of youth.

Jacqui is currently working on the editing of her second novel through the publisher Lachesis Publishing entitled Oddly Accused.

Jacqui is the proud owner of a three legged Golden Retriever.
