My name is Josh Lee. I was born and raised in Ohio. But have been based out in San Francisco since 2010
I studied Food Science and Nutrition for my bachelor's degree at the University of California and specialized in Obesity and Weight Management for my master's degree.
Since I can remember, I've always been interested in the study and applications of the human body. I've worked for many different organizations, and I stopped recently as much as I hated that decision. I knew it's time to do something bigger. So now I am in the process of starting my own practice.
As I have extra time now, and I don't like wasting time or be unproductive. After days of thinking, I knew I must be researching, understanding, and writing about what I know a lot about and dedicated my youth years to study.
I decided to start publishing my own books as well. As they say, there is no better time for self-publishers in the age of the mighty internet.
When I am not working, I enjoy watching documentaries and SyFy movies. Also, I keep up with the latest news in the field of Health and Nutrition by reading the fascinating scientific discoveries and the scientific magazine articles (I usually start writing right after reading them).
